Lesley Evers – Bermuda Bag Collection

Referencing the concept of the 1970s Bermuda bag, I designed the Bermuda Bag Collection around a reversible, interchangeable cover system. The base structure stays constant while the cover (the visible, styling layer) swaps on and off in seconds, letting the bag restyle instantly without disturbing its contents. The base is built from a structured poly knit engineered to hold its shape whether full or empty, paired with a resin wood handle for a tactile, finished detail. The form stays compact enough for daily carry while leaving enough volume for the essentials. One bag functions as several. A single base pairs with a growing library of covers, extending the piece's use across a customer's wardrobe and giving the collection a built-in cross-sell mechanic.
